We offer either Full Property Management service - where we’ll handle all tenant relations on your behalf - or Tenant Find Only service, where we find the perfect tenant for your property from our extensive contacts.
Initial set up and monthly retainer fees are calculated as a percentage of the monthly rent that you’ll charge for letting your property.
